Laboratory Assistant- FT Join Haxtun Health as a Laboratory Assistant and play an important role in supporting quality patient care in our rural community. You'll assist with specimen collection and processing, laboratory testing, and daily lab operations while working alongside a dedicated team. Starting Pay Range:

$19.98/hr - $25.97/hr, depending on experience

Job Summary:

Performs routine tasks using lab instruments and assists with regular maintenance and quality controls. Collects processes and distributes patient specimens for testing.

Sick Leave:

Up to 48 hours per year.

Up to a 3% employer match, which increases with your length of service. New employees are automatically enrolled at a 1% contribution rate (can be opted out). Employees must complete 5 years of employment to be 100% vested.

Term Life Insurance:

1 x annual salary term life provided by HHD, no employee premium ($200,000 Max.). Additional voluntary life insurance coverage for the employee and family is an option which can be purchased by the employee.
