Summary:

The main function of a Bioanalyst is to conduct laboratory tests and/or analyses to support research, development, and quality control in the life sciences. This will be a development opportunity to a lab generalist looking to specialize in bioanalytical quality and operations in an early-phase clinical trial unit. The position is primarily office-based (75%) with a focus on quality oversight while also requiring hands-on lab support (25%) during peak times.

Job Responsibilities:

Enhance Operational Excellence through efficient use of lab inventory and asset management, Master GxP Document Lifecycle through use of lab procedural documents as well as submission-ready lab study plans and reports, Ensure Data Integrity through quality review of cumulative data tables against source, Drive Project Timelines through frequent communication and coordination with lab scientists and project leads and biweekly study management meetings, Provide Critical GxP Lab Support through routine qualification of equipment, software, and the processing/management of human biospecimens.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and accuracy in data recording, Exceptional time management with ability to multi-task, Knowledge of laboratory safety and regulatory requirements, Effective communication and teamwork abilities, Familiarity with data analysis software and tools

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field required and 2-4 years of work experience in a laboratory setting preferred.
