In this energetic position, you will be responsible for conducting precise laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and maintaining rigorous compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will support research, development, and manufacturing processes, helping us deliver exceptional products that meet both internal standards and external regulatory requirements. Duties Perform detailed quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various laboratory techniques. Conduct microbiological analyses to detect contamination and ensure microbial safety in accordance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) standards. Maintain accurate documentation of test results, data collection, and laboratory records using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Follow strict laboratory procedures aligned with FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and other industry standards to guarantee compliance. Assist in research & development activities by supporting experimental procedures involving molecular biology, histology, or veterinary terminology as needed. Analyze test data to identify trends or deviations, providing clear reports for quality assurance and regulatory submissions. Support laboratory maintenance, calibration of equipment, and inventory management to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Requirements Proven experience working in an industrial or clinical laboratory setting with a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques. Knowledge of
GLP, CGMP, FDA
regulations, microbiology, histology, molecular biology, and veterinary terminology is highly desirable. Demonstrated analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately and efficiently. Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and standard laboratory equipment. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills for meticulous record keeping. Background in scientific research or clinical laboratory experience related to animal physiology or microbiology is preferred.
