Laboratory Technician Location(s): Elkhart, IN Position Overview

This is an entry-level position within a Manufacturing group responsible for producing reagents for in-vitro diagnostic assays. Candidates with limited laboratory experience will be considered. Applicants with industrial experience and knowledge of GMP/ISO will be preferred. Local candidates are preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities Support production operations with routine stocking, cleaning of manufacturing areas, and other laboratory support duties.

Perform low-complexity manufacturing operations and equipment support, including column maintenance and equipment maintenance and/or cleaning.

Perform glassware washing.

Support material inventory monitoring.

Collaborate with laboratory biochemists to order required buffers to meet weekly schedules.

Support the Buffer Manufacturing Lab as needed.

Conduct 5S audits of laboratories to ensure adherence to cleanliness, maintenance, and organization expectations. Qualifications B.S., B.A., or A.S. in a relevant field, or relevant work experience preferred.

Industrial experience and knowledge of GMP/ISO preferred.

Limited laboratory experience will be considered. Required Skills Strong time management skills.
