Laboratory Processing Technician Employment Type:
Full-Time, Day Shift (Rotating Days) About the Role We're hiring a Laboratory Processing Technician to join a team that prepares biological materials used in medical research and surgical applications. This is a lab-based role , not a hospital or patient-facing position. You'll be trained on specialized equipment and procedures, learning how to prepare and evaluate materials that meet strict safety and quality standards. If you're detail-oriented, steady-handed, and take pride in doing careful, technical work, you'll feel right at home here. What You'll Do Work in a sterile laboratory environment preparing and processing human or animal samples. Use fine-motor skills and specialized tools to dissect, clean, and prepare samples for further use. Follow step-by-step procedures and document your work accurately. Maintain cleanroom standards and comply with all safety and quality requirements. Inspect each material to ensure it meets strict specifications before moving to the next stage. Support team goals by communicating clearly and staying adaptable to changing needs. Be available for weekend or evening shifts as needed. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in anatomy, biology, or related fields is a plus. Human anatomy background stemming from the operating room, human tissue recovery, surgical assistance, or cadaver dissection is strongly preferred. Previous lab, sterile processing, or production experience preferred but not required—training is provided
