Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Schedule:

3 × 12-hour shifts

Requirements:

Graduate of an approved MT/MLT program Proficient in phlebotomy Blood Bank testing experience required Microbiology experience preferred Must be able to perform gram stains, culture plating, and blood cultures Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize Strong communication skills Knowledge of PPE, isolation, and COVID/infection-control protocols

Schedule:

3 × 12-hour shifts after first week of training Rotating weekends (approximately every 5th weekend) No call Thursday night coverage as needed Holiday rotation required Additional shifts may be available

Pay:

$45.00 - $48.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
