The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Laboratory Technician (Open to Recent Graduates) for a world-class client in Elk River, MN. ???? Position Overview This is a 100% onsite, entry-level laboratory role focused on sample handling, basic lab tasks, and documentation support. It is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career candidates looking to gain hands-on lab experience. ? Key Responsibilities Handle and process laboratory samples Perform basic lab tasks and support activities Manage and organize samples and records Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance in all tasks Work effectively in a team-oriented environment ? Ideal Candidate Open to recent graduates Comfortable with hands-on and repetitive tasks Able to work in an early morning shift Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Team player with a focus on accuracy and safety ????
