Job Description
Medical Device Lab Technician needed to perform routine lab testing, document results, troubleshoot testing issues, and support quality activities in a regulated environment. Job Responsibilities Perform routine medical device and lab testing according to established procedures Collect, analyze, document, and report testing data and results Troubleshoot testing issues and support failure analysis investigations Maintain lab documentation, data files, forms, and change requests Assist with CAPA activities, product/process qualifications, and quality initiatives Support continuous improvement projects and external audit activities Communicate testing results to cross-functional teams Use analytical lab techniques, including pipetting, weighing, balances, and stir plates Maintain compliance with quality standards, procedures, and patient safety requirements Job Requirements AA degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline 3+ years of related experience Prior lab environment experience Experience with analytical laboratory skills, including weighing, pipetting, and scientific method Experience collecting, analyzing, documenting, and reporting testing data Experience maintaining lab documentation, data files, forms, and change requests Knowledge of quality standards, procedures, and patient safety requirements Preferred Skills Experience executing DV test protocols in a regulated environment Medical device testing experience Chemistry or biology lab experience Experience with failure analysis investigations Experience supporting CAPA activities Experience supporting product or process qualifications Experience supporting continuous improvement projects Experience supporting external audit activities Experience using analytical lab techniques, including pipetting, weighing, balances, and stir plates Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
