A Sleep Laboratory Technician, also known as a polysomnographic technician, performs tests and collects data on patients with sleep disorders. Responsible for giving patients explanations of the impending sleep tests and procedures, preparing equipment for the procedures, recording activities and analyzing results - all while working under the advisement of a clinical director and/or sleep technologist.

who is energetic, has good people skills, is a team player, and can work in an independent environment. Applicants must have current experience with diagnostic, CPAP/Bi-level titration, and
MSLT/MWT
study protocols and be thoroughly familiar with AASM Practice Parameters. Successful candidates must be able to score data from the polysomnogram and compile data into a report for physician review. You will need to have excellent interpersonal, customer service, time-management, and organizational skills. Experience with Somnostar recording software is a plus.
