Responsibilities Receive, identify, label, and process patient specimens. Perform routine laboratory testing according to established procedures. Prepare specimens and laboratory materials for analysis. Record and maintain accurate test results and documentation. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment as required. Follow quality-control and laboratory safety procedures. Monitor supplies and report inventory needs. Communicate specimen or testing issues to appropriate staff. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory work area. Follow applicable privacy, compliance, and quality standards. Requirements Laboratory technician experience or relevant clinical laboratory training. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and safety practices.
