The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, be a fast learner, and be able to work independently. Duties Answering phones with a high level of customer service Perform specimen collections following proper chain of custody collection procedures, properly package specimens, ship packages with the appropriate courier and properly finish necessary paperwork. (urine, saliva, hair, fingernail, and DNA) Data entry, filing reports Report urine, hair, alcohol, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA test results to the client using the appropriate reporting protocol agreed upon by the client. Cleaning the testing rooms and office daily Collect payment from clients and properly fill out and process the client chain of custody testing form. Conduct sales calls and accurately present lab services to prospective customers. Monitor and inventory testing supplies. Experience Familiarity with laboratory techniques, including specimen collection processing and medical terminology is highly desirable. Must be proficient and organized in fast-paced environments. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols is essential for success in this role. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members. Customer service skills of 1 year or more is preferred. Able to work independently, be organized and be able to maintain the facility.
