Charlotte, NC Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 PM-5:30 AM, with rotating weekends and holidays
Hours:
40 hours/week
Pay Range:
$27•37/hour Requirements Bachelor's degree required Registered Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP) certification/registration required Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT or clinical environment Experience with moderate to complex business process mapping Experience with business and user requirements, acceptance testing, and documentation Understanding of LIS interfaces Experience with equipment maintenance and repair Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation failures Strong knowledge of laboratory automation and specimen processing Ability to develop and maintain SOPs and quality-control processes Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Work/Life Balance Benefits Benefits and programs designed to support employees' overall well-being Additional benefits may be available based on eligibility #Perm2026
