Akkodis is seeking a Reliability Lab Technician Level I for a Contract with a client in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background in product testing with hands-on mechanical/electrical aptitude and experience in laboratory test setup, execution, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Rate Range:

$23/Hour to $27/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Reliability Lab Technician Level I Responsibilities include: Perform component, assembly, and system-level reliability testing, including test setup, execution, troubleshooting, and documentation. Support laboratory operations through equipment calibration, maintenance, test fixture development, and lab upkeep. Analyze test results and prepare accurate reports to support product quality, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Reliability, Electrical, Mechanical, Quality, and Software Engineering teams to support product development and validation. Ensure compliance with

EH&S, ISO

standards, and safety protocols while maintaining a safe and organized laboratory environment. Assist in developing test methods, improving testing processes, and mentoring junior technicians on laboratory procedures and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered. 2-3 years of experience in product testing, reliability testing, laboratory operations, or a related engineering environment. Strong hands-on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills with experience in test setup, execution, and data collection.
