12‑hour day or night shift (7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.)

Shift Pattern:

Four days on / four days off About the Role Join our Quality team as a hands-on Quality Control Lab Technician. In this role, you'll test coatings, adhesives, and polymers; document results with accuracy; and work closely with Production to resolve quality issues and keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Perform quality control testing on batches of coatings, adhesives, and polymers. Conduct product-specific tests, interpret results, calculate adjustments, and communicate those adjustments clearly to Production. Maintain accurate and timely records in the Sage X3 ERP system. Follow all applicable safety requirements and procedures. Communicate batch approvals promptly to support Production schedules. Perform 5S cleaning and maintain an organized laboratory workspace. Calibrate and verify test equipment as needed. Investigate and analyze internal and external nonconforming batches. Support the R D team with testing, product updates, and related lab activities. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED; trade or technical school education preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Flexibility to cover other shifts when needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills, reading comprehension, and basic math skills. Six to 12 months of laboratory or quality control experience. Ability to stand for extended periods. Preferred Experience working in a high-volume department. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Knowledge of Sage X3 and SAP S4 Hana. Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing facility. Physical Requirements This on-site role requires reliable transportation and the ability to move frequently throughout a 12-hour shift, lift up to 25 pounds, and wear required personal protective equipment.
