In this early-career laboratory role, you will work alongside experienced scientists to execute studies, analyze data, and contribute to process and analytical development activities in a collaborative and growth-focused environment. What you will do Execute laboratory studies and analytical testing following established procedures and scientific protocols. Collect, analyze, and document experimental data to support development activities. Prepare study protocols, reports, presentations, and other technical documentation with guidance from senior team members. Support laboratory operations, including equipment monitoring, maintenance, and documentation review. Participate in safety initiatives and maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal project teams and provide updates on study progress and results. Complete required training and continue developing technical expertise across laboratory functions. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline. 0-2 years of experience in biotechnology, laboratory operations, manufacturing, research, or a related technical environment preferred. Ability to follow scientific procedures and established laboratory practices. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to accurately document work and interpret data.
