• Duties Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, utilizing estimating CRM software to provide accurate quotes Upsell additional services such as tire replacements, brake repairs, suspension work, or oil changes to maximize customer value Coordinate with technicians to facilitate efficient service writing and vehicle diagnostics using computer-aided estimating tools Manage customer communication throughout the repair process, ensuring transparency and satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining detailed records of services performed and parts used Promote automotive maintenance programs and recommend preventative services to enhance vehicle longevity Experience Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive sales within a dealership or repair shop environment preferred Mechanical experience or background as a service technician is highly advantageous for understanding vehicle diagnostics and repairs Familiarity with estimating software, auto service management systems, and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools is essential Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures including transmissions, shocks & struts, collision repair, tire service, brake repair, suspension, and oil changes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently Proven ability in upselling services while maintaining integrity and client trust Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to facilitate test drives or vehicle inspections Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive care! Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you have previous experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Salesperson, or in an automotive repair shop? Are you bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers in both languages? Do you have experience recommending or selling automotive services such as tires, brakes, oil changes, suspension, or other maintenance/repairs? Do you have experience using automotive estimating, CRM, or service-management software to create repair estimates and manage customer services?
