Laboratory/Quality Control Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support quality control processes by inspecting, testing, and documenting product quality throughout production. The ideal candidate will ensure products meet established specifications, maintain accurate records, and support a safe and organized laboratory environment. Key Responsibilities Inspect, measure, and test products before, during, and after production to verify compliance with quality standards. Accurately record measurements, observations, and test results in company databases and documentation systems. Label, package, and organize archived and marketing samples according to established procedures. Identify and report product defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns to supervisors in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory and work environment. Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures. Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Basic math skills, including calculations and unit conversions. Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Previous laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Experience with data entry and electronic record-keeping systems. Forklift certification or experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50-75 pounds as needed. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and climbing. Ability to safely operate equipment, tools, and forklifts when required.
