We are looking for highly motivated IHC Lab Assistant to join our fast-growing team. Under the general direction and supervision of the Director of Laboratory Operations, the IHC Lab Assistant will effectively apply a working knowledge and skill of designated IHC Lab Assistant-related duties and tasks, in support of the Department as a whole, to complete the daily assigned workload. Requirements Must possess a thorough working knowledge of the IHC staining procedures, Histochemical staining procedure and routine Histology procedures sufficient to accomplish the following: Organizing and maintaining the laboratory to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment Shipping and receiving client projects and samples, including preparing and labeling materials for transport Maintaining inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed Performing slide and cassette printing, slide cleaning, and scanning according to established protocols Following strict quality control and quality assurance standard operating procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results

Position Requirements:
