What You'll Be Doing Perform quality control testing and sampling of raw materials, aggregates, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Monitor production processes and communicate results to support operational efficiency and product quality. Accurately document, analyze, and report test data in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory testing equipment to ensure reliable results. Collaborate with operations teams to identify quality concerns and recommend corrective actions. What Are We Looking For Knowledge of quality control principles, laboratory testing procedures, and data collection practices. Ability to interpret specifications, analyze results, and make sound recommendations based on findings. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and safety. Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across departments. Proficiency using computer applications, testing equipment, and recordkeeping systems. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all applicable company policies and safety requirements. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
