Lead Laboratory Technician IGS Cleveland, OH Job Details Contract $25 - $26 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Multitasking Bachelor's degree Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description We are seeking a Lead Laboratory Technician to support daily laboratory operations and R D activities. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with laboratory experience who is also interested in taking on team coordination and leadership responsibilities . You'll work closely with scientists, engineers, and technicians to ensure experiments, testing, and R D activities are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. What You'll Do Perform routine laboratory experiments, testing, and analysis Prepare samples, materials, and laboratory equipment Accurately record and report test results and data Help coordinate daily laboratory tasks and priorities Support assigned R D projects and track project activities Maintain, clean, and calibrate laboratory equipment Identify equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed Monitor laboratory supplies and maintain an organized work environment Follow SOPs, laboratory safety procedures, and compliance requirements Maintain accurate laboratory documentation Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and other technicians Serve as a point of contact for basic laboratory questions and help support the team What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field 0-5 years of laboratory or R D experience Basic laboratory and technical skills Experience with laboratory testing, experiments, or sample preparation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Interest or experience in team coordination/leadership is a plus Why Consider This Opportunity?
