Benefits Not Eligible What You'll Do:
Prepares specimens through proper handling protocols to ensure the viable specimens, as well as accurate clinical results. Utilizes standard procedures to identify the patient, label, record all test tubes, log procedures, and enter specimen data into the computer system. Responds quickly, courteously, and professionally toward, clients, and co-workers to provide exceptional customer service and adhere to the Company's values and business practices. Handles administrative duties to receive, identify, accession, and process specimens using established protocols to facilitate timely and accurate test performance. Prepares specimens for transportation, including labeling vials accurately and matching blood specimens to patients. Understands laboratory requisitioning for appropriate billing documentation. Keeps work area clean and maintains adequate laboratory supplies. Maintains compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and laboratory safety practices. Utilizes personal protective equipment (PPE) and follows all safety and standard protection guidelines. Answer phones Give results to Physician offices
