We provide hazardous materials and environmental testing services across the Eugene/Springfield area and Lane, Linn, and Benton Counties, and we're expanding. We're looking for the right person to grow alongside us. The Role We're looking for a highly motivated Lab Technician to join our team. Whether you're already certified or just getting started in the environmental field, we want to hear from you. We're committed to training the right candidate — including paying for certifications — so what matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. What You'll Need (Required) Basic microscope skills Valid, current driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Comfort working in varied environments — ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and similar confined or elevated spaces Ability to properly wear and use PPE as required Basic computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe Highly Preferred / Bonus Points (Nice to Have) PCM (NIOSH) or PLM certification AHERA certification HazWOPER certification Experience operating PLM or PCM microscopy equipment Experience with air clearance equipment and sampling procedures Familiarity with construction trades and common building materials (drywall, plaster, etc.) Ability to accurately estimate and describe square footage Comfortable collaborating across construction-related disciplines Schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours or weekend emergency response as needed.
