3INDA081926 Established manufacturer in Laurens is hiring a Process & R&D Engineering Technician. This role puts you on the plant floor and in the lab, running trials, chasing down process issues, and helping shape both day-to-day production performance and R&D work. $60,000-$75,000 per year / 1st shift,
Monday-Friday What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot process, equipment, and tooling issues across batching, pressing, firing, and casting Plan and execute process and R&D trials, including setup, monitoring, and data collection Prepare experimental and trial samples, and support material characterization and testing Operate and calibrate lab and process test equipment for accurate, reliable results Collect, analyze, and interpret process and experimental data; draft reports and present findings to the team Draft and maintain SOPs and technical documentation Support Total Productive Maintenance activities and help drive equipment uptime and yield improvement Perform quality checks and inspections, maintaining compliance with safety and EHS standards
What We're Looking For:
Required:
