Lab Technician:

The Lab Technician is responsible for testing fabrics, garments, and trims to ensure products meet quality and performance standards. This role involves preparing samples, conducting tests, analyzing results, and supporting continuous improvement efforts within the lab. How You Will Make a

Difference:

Perform testing on products in development (e.g., flammability, durability, dimensional stability) using various equipment and methods Analyze results and document findings accurately Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, including priority requests Communicate updates to internal teams, including any issues or failures Conduct wash testing using industrial and residential equipment Participate in garment audits and support performance evaluations Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for product issues Identify opportunities to improve lab processes and efficiencies Skills for
