- Experience in lab operations, including use of computer control
- Mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting lab equipment
- Ability to run or learn to run analytical tests required to support plant operations

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain Lab equipment
- Provide support for third party vendors performing required equipment calibration
- Conduct lab test according to lab testing procedures
- Record test results on sample analysis sheets, entered into the computer, and provide to operations
- Calibration of Instruments using Statistical Quality Charts (SQC)
- Communicate with operators and business group representatives
- Maintain lab supplies
- Obtain supplies from the storehouse
- Keep warehouse inventory of stored retains
- Attend lab team meetings
- Cylinder Maintenance
- Participate in equipment safety reviews
- Water instruments: TOC, AA, UV-VIS, Titration, pH, and Conductivity
GC:
TCD, FID, and SIMDIST- Physical testing:
Chemiluminescence, Distillation, Flashpoint, Viscosity, Density Education:
- Minimum of 2 years college or closely related field experience
