All Positions :
Ability to perform basic fabrication, assembly, fitting, and adjustment work while following written and verbal instructions Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings Ability to accurately measure, mark, and verify dimensions using tape measures and other measuring tools Comfortable using common hand tools , power tools, and shop equipment such as wrenches, drills, grinders, cutters, and other trade-specific tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship Ability to problem solve and communicate if questions arise Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks while working safely as part of a team Maintain equipment and keep safe, clean, and organized work areas Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry materials and components up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and working with tools throughout the day Ability to work in a shop environment with noise, equipment, heat, and industrial materials 1.
Welders Responsibilities may include:
Perform MIG welding with TIG welding experience considered a plus Operate welders, grinders, saws, drills , and other fabrication equipment Fabricate, modify, repair, and assemble frames, panels, supports, and custom metal components for various projects. Inspect welds and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy 2.
Industrial Painters Responsibilities may include:
Prepare fabricated metal components for coating and finishing Clean, sand, grind, mask, and inspect surfaces before painting Apply primers and industrial coatings using spray equipment and other application methods Perform touch-ups and finish work to meet quality standards Follow proper safety procedures for coatings, chemicals, and PPE requirements 3. Metal Fabrication Machinists Responsibilities may include: Operate fabrication and machining equipment to produce accurate components Assist with custom fabrication projects that require reading diagrams and taking precise measurements . Inspect all work for quality control 4.
