We are not just looking for experience. We are looking for the right person. Someone who shows up, takes ownership, supports their team, and genuinely cares about helping patients succeed. If you have DME or sleep medicine experience, great. If not, we are willing to train the right individual who brings a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a positive attitude. In this role, you will work directly with patients to support their CPAP therapy by providing education, troubleshooting issues, and helping them stay compliant and successful. You will also support daily DME operations, including coordinating patient supply needs and assisting with our autoship program. This position supports all three of our locations in Bellevue, Federal Way, and Silverdale and reports to the DME Supervisor. We are a fast paced, collaborative team that values accountability, growth, and doing what is right for the patient. Duties Guide patients through CPAP setup, mask fitting, and education during in-office appointments to ensure a seamless experience Provide hands-on instruction on device operation, maintenance, and cleaning Troubleshoot equipment issues and verify device performance prior to patient use Monitor and review CPAP compliance data and conduct outreach to patients who are non-compliant Communicate with sleep medicine providers regarding therapy progress and patient challenges Conduct follow-up visits to assess adherence and effectiveness of therapy Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient record system Track inventory and coordinate equipment distribution and replacement across all locations Manage and support the autoship program for CPAP supplies, including inventory, patient communication and order coordination Support other team members as needed Experience and Skills Background in healthcare preferred (RPSGT, Respiratory Therapist, Medical Assistant, or similar), but not required Experience in sleep medicine, DME, or respiratory therapy is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Familiarity with CPAP or BiPAP devices, masks, and compliance tools is helpful, or a willingness to learn quickly Strong patient education and communication skills Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently while also supporting the team Why you will love working here You will be part of a supportive team that works together and steps in for each other You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a specialized area of healthcare Your work will directly impact patients and help improve their quality of life Helping patients sleep better has a ripple effect.
