Laboratory Assistant

Pacific Northwest Fertility & IVF Specialists, a state-of-the-art clinic offering a wide variety of treatments ranging from basic care to the most advanced fertility technologies, is looking for a full-time, Laboratory Admin Assistant to join our team in Bellevue. We are looking for someone with experience in a health care setting that can bring excellent organization skills and attention to detail to help the laboratory team provide exceptional patient care. Please note that this is position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with rotating weekends. The position may require occasional Seattle coverage.

General Duties:

Providing accurate data entry to support lab quality assurance operations Organization of laboratory charts for upcoming patient treatment cycles Assist in ordering and inventory of laboratory supplies Assist in shipping logistics of patient samples. Supports Laboratory Director is any other administrative tasks they may need. Other duties as assigned. •

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is required, Bachelor's of Science is preferred Must be able to communicate clearly to lab staff and patients as required Must be focused and display consistent attention to detail.
