Position Details:

Full-time - 40 hours per week; currently operating on 8 hour days but with the new year will be switching to a 12 hour rotating schedule. Cheese Analysis; sample collection, prep and analysis (O'haus, pH, Food Scan, etc.) Environmental Monitoring (Swabbing, Internal/External testing, Corrective Actions and Follow up) Instrument Checks & Maintenance Wage range variably based on required experience We're looking for someone who: Has an excellent attendance record Preferred practical experience with Laboratory Techniques and Lab Equipment Required - basic use of Microsoft Office Products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook. Experience with SharePoint is a plus. Ability to learn and use company databases and reporting tools High level of organization and attention to detail required Ability to work closely in a team environment. Ability to effectively communicatie orally and in written form Organized and timely execution of assigned tasks.
