Full-Time About Us Carbon Activated Corporation is a leading manufacturer and supplier of activated carbon used in water purification, air treatment, and industrial applications. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our Mount Hope team. No prior laboratory experience is required, we will provide all necessary training. Position Summary This is an entry-level laboratory position focused on performing routine physical tests on activated carbon products. The work is repetitive, hands-on, and requires attention to detail rather than previous technical experience. Responsibilities Perform routine physical tests on activated carbon samples Weigh, measure, and prepare samples for testing Record and organize test results accurately Operate basic laboratory equipment after training Label and store samples Keep the laboratory clean and organized Follow safety procedures and company policies Assist with other laboratory tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred No laboratory experience required Able to follow written instructions and standard procedures Good attention to detail Basic math and computer skills Dependable with a strong work ethic Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($18.00-$20.00/hour) Full-time, stable employment Paid training Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and vacation Opportunities for advancement within the company If you're dependable, eager to learn, and looking for a stable full-time position, we'd like to hear from you.
