4x12-Hour Days or Nights (7:00 AM-7:30 PM or 7:00 PM-7:30 AM) Job description We are seeking an experienced Travel LVN/LPN for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment in Seward, Alaska. This position provides nursing care to adult and geriatric residents in a long-term care environment, with a strong focus on medication administration, wound care, chronic disease management, and resident safety. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Perform wound care, blood glucose monitoring, and tube feeding management. Monitor and document changes in patient condition. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with LTC standards. Requirements Active Alaska LVN/LPN license (must be in hand). Minimum 1 year of recent LTC experience . Previous travel experience required . Current BLS certification . Experience with medication administration, wound care, Foley catheter care, and respiratory treatments. Ability to float within scope as needed. BI02
