40 Hours/Week Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care and support to patients in a behavioral health setting. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working with patients who may have a variety of behavioral health needs. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health patients. Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Assist with patient assessments and care planning. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Support a safe, therapeutic, and respectful environment. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards. Required Certification BLS - American Heart Association (AHA) Qualifications Active LPN license. Behavioral health or related healthcare experience preferred. Strong communication and patient-care skills. Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
