Treatment/Wound Care LPN-RN Saturday & Sunday. Will discuss hours during interview. Shift Differential starts at 3:00PM $3.75 per hour.

At Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, we're dedicated to providing exceptional patient care with a warm and welcoming approach. Our mission is to deliver compassionate and individualized care to our patients, and we're seeking a talented Treatment/Wound Care LPN-RN to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with acute and chronic wounds, including assessment, treatment, and education Develop and implement individualized wound care plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes Perform routine wound care duties, including dressing changes, debridement, and other treatments as necessary Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination Educate patients and families on wound care techniques, prevention strategies, and self-care practices Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment plans
Requirements:
Current LPN or RN license in the state of Alabama Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and timely records
