Northport, AL Base Pay:
$25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

11:00 PM-7:00 AM $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Join Our Team Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team on the 11:00 PM-7:00 AM night shift . As a Night Shift LPN , you'll provide exceptional nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation community while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering quality, resident-centered care. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident conditions. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor resident response to medications and treatments. Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Accurately complete electronic nursing documentation. Respond to changes in resident condition and communicate concerns promptly. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
