$25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

3:00 PM-11:00

PM Evening Shift Differential:

Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition. Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing - REQUIRED. Current CPR/BLS certification. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
