| 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS Twin Lakes Therapy & Living | Flippin, Arkansas Night shift isn't "the other shift." When much of the building is sleeping, you're the nurse your residents and your team are counting on. We're looking for a Charge Nurse who can lead with confidence, communicate clearly, and support the CNAs working beside them. What You'll Do Medication administration, assessments, treatments & documentation Recognize and communicate changes in condition Coordinate care with physicians, families & the care team Supervise, support & mentor CNAs Lead a safe, organized and compassionate night shift We're Looking for a

Nurse Who:

Has an active LPN or RN license Uses strong clinical judgment Communicates and follows through Takes ownership when something needs to be handled Steps in when the team needs help Leads by example and treats every team member with respect At Twin Lakes, we're building a nursing culture around communication, accountability, teamwork, respect and ownership.
