The Nursing Part You'll be responsible for the clinical work expected of an LPN/RN Charge Nurse, including medication administration, assessments, treatments, documentation, physician communication, changes in condition, and coordination of resident care. You'll supervise and support CNAs, communicate with families and the interdisciplinary team, and help ensure our residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care. We need someone with sound clinical judgment who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and lead a shift with confidence. But clinical skills aren't the only thing we're hiring for. We're also looking for someone who... Shows up for their team. Communicates instead of assuming. Takes ownership when something needs to be handled.
