This position provides direct nursing care and clinical support to individuals receiving substance use and behavioral health treatment in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary treatment setting. Position Summary The LPN is responsible for medication administration, nursing assessments, client education, laboratory coordination, and supporting daily clinic operations. This position works closely with providers, therapists, peer support staff, and other members of the treatment team to deliver safe, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care. Essential Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care within the scope of LPN practice. Administer injectable medications and immunizations. Complete nursing assessments, vital signs, COWS, CIWA, urine drug screens, and other clinical documentation. Assist providers during examinations and treatments. Coordinate laboratory testing, medication prior authorizations, refill requests, and pharmacy communications. Schedule nursing visits, injections, and follow-up appointments. Maintain exam rooms, medication storage areas, and clinical supplies. Educate clients regarding medications, treatment plans, wellness, and recovery. Behavioral health, substance use treatment, or outpatient clinic experience preferred. Experience with medication administration, injections, urine drug screening, and electronic health records preferred.
