Nursing Positions Available:
Registered Nurse (RN): Provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, monitor health conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, monitor health conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Monitor and assess residents' health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team Follow individualized care plans Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license Experience working with individuals preferred with disabilities or in a group home setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Ability to pass a background check
