POSITION SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (RN / LPN) reports directly to the Director of Nursing. Responsible for patient care at a behavior health residential and outpatient level treatment facility. Responsible for rounds, administering medications, assessing clients, and all associated documentation.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
Provides patient care as needed, within scope of practice for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (RN / LPN) . Coordinates medical care with providers as needed. Maintains continuity among teams by documenting and communicating actions. Conducts new client intakes, assesses, and evaluates the client's continuing needs. Administering medication passes and managing client prescriptions and medication changes.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be a Registered Nurse of Licensed Practical Nurse (RN / LPN).
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Behavioral Health Residential and Outpatient level treatment facility for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must have reasonable ability to stand, walk, sit, handle, feel, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk, hear, taste, and smell. Must be reasonably capable of lifting 20 pounds.
WORK HOURS
Position can be Part Time / Full Time, Non-Exempt. May be required to work holidays, weekends, and any shift within a 24-hour day. Variable hour shifts (typically 12 hours).
BENEFITS
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-term Disability Full-Time will accrue PTO hours each pay period. Part-Time will accrue Sick-Time hours each pay period.
