Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of California (or eligibility for California licensure) Experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting strongly preferred Understanding of Paraeducator specifications and ability to follow established protocols Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate, student-first mindset Ability to adapt to various age groups and caseloads as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering routine and emergency nursing care to students Supporting health and wellness initiatives within the school community Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborating with school staff, parents, and external healthcare providers Maintaining accurate student health records and complying with privacy standards
