Skilled in performing venipuncture, phlebotomy, specimen collection/processing, and laboratory procedures with aseptic technique. Excellent patient assessment abilities combined with physiology knowledge to evaluate complex cases involving geriatrics or pediatrics. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays; experience in assisted living or long-term care environments is a plus.
