The LVN will provide high-quality patient care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with diverse patient populations, including geriatrics, pediatrics, and individuals with developmental disabilities or complex medical needs. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Athenahealth is highly desirable. This role requires a compassionate professional capable of performing comprehensive assessments, medication administration, IV infusion, and specialized procedures such as catheterization and sterile processing. The LVN will play a vital role in patient advocacy, documentation accuracy, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations. Administer medications and injections accurately while adhering to safety protocols. Perform IV insertions, catheter care, tube feeding, and ventilator management as required.
