In this vital role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations. Your expertise will help ensure patients receive personalized, efficient, and safe care while supporting their health and well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with complex medical needs, including those with developmental disabilities, dementia, or recovering from acute injuries. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed health histories using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems. Administer medications via injections, IV infusions, and other routes while adhering to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols. Manage specialized care procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, wound suturing, and ventilator management for patients with acute or chronic conditions.
