PAY COMMENSURATE WITH LICENSE TYPE AND EXPERIENCE

Requirements:

• Active and unencumbered California RN License or LVN License
• Active CPR Certification from Certified Provide
• Minimum of 1 year SNF MDS experience

Preferred:

• RAC-CT Certified (preferred)
• General PDPM Knowledge
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Registered Nurse Degree or Licensed Vocational Nurse Degree from accredited College/university
• Experience with Electronic Charting
