Home health agency looking for LVN field nurses to do home visits. We are fully electronic. Clinician must be computer/windows literate to do online (web) documentation. Must be willing to drive long distances.
Responsibilities:
Provides direct patient care as defined in the California Nurse Practice Act. Implements Plan of Care initiated by the Registered Nurse Provide accurate and timely documentation i.e Clinical Notes, progress notes Must have valid CPR certification Must have valid LVN License 1 year experience as a
