Patient condition:
Cerberal Palsey, has RNS- Responsive Neurostimulation, device for seizure management , Ambulatory but requries hand on assistance with mobility and activities of daily living, eats by mouth ( no feeding tube) Toilet indepdently at times but may experience incontinences during episodes.
