Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized medical support as a 1:1 LVN to a student requiring assistance throughout the school day. Monitor, document, and address health needs, including trach and G-tube care as needed. Communicate effectively and compassionately with students, families, and staff. Maintain accurate records of care provided and comply with school health protocols. Remain adaptable, supporting additional students or needs as required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Current, active LVN/LPN license in California. Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing highly valued. Familiarity with tracheostomy and G-tube care is strongly preferred. Reliable and flexiblesubstitute roles may include additional dates as they become available. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, supportive attitude.
