Qualifications & Experience:

Current, active LPN license Previous experience providing healthcare services to children or adolescents preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess and respond quickly in emergency situations Understanding of health and safety regulations for school environments Commitment to confidentiality and ethical care Organizational skills to track records, medications, and health plans

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care, first aid, and medication administration to students Monitor and document student health concerns, interventions, and outcomes Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support individual student health plans and accommodations Educate students and staff on wellness, hygiene, and preventive care practices Maintain accurate health records in accordance with regulations and school policies Support compliance with regulations for communicable diseases and reporting Respond to health emergencies with professionalism and calm This position offers a chance to truly make a difference in children's lives while working regular school hours.
