Shift Details:
Day shift from 0600-1400 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report changes in condition. Assist with patient assessments and implement individualized care plans. Perform wound care, specimen collection, and other basic nursing procedures. Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers. Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients. Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards. Minimum Qualifications Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position. Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
